EXS24/EXSP24 Samples

Here are some samples that I've made for you to use for free. They are not the best quality, but considering I don't have any professional microphones or an audio interface, they are pretty good. They are saved as compressed disc images (.dmg) because I don't have dropStuff or anything right now, and don't know how to compress a directory in unix. I don't know if windows can read them or not. Recorded at 16-bit/44.1kHz.  

Jeff Whistle: This is a very simple sample. It is also the first one I made. It's based off of a very short clip of me whistling an F#5. It sounds more like a sine wave. It is however, a very small file. 36KB dmg

Electric Violin: This is a sample of my electric violin that I use. I just recorded the open strings and let the computer do the rest. 224KB dmg

Dad's Guitar: This is a sample of my dad's guitar. Again, I only recorded the open strings. It sounds allright. 1.5MB dmg

Downstairs Piano: This is a sample of our downstairs Yamaha upright piano. I sampled every couple of keys. It's my most complex sampled instrument and also the largest file. 7.2MB dmg  

CD Covers

Here are full-size covers to my albums for you to print out. They are either in jpg or gif format, whichever one was more efficient, so pretty much any program should be able to read them. Depending how your browser is, you may need to either control-click or right-click and choose download link to disk or save link to disk.
